The Sixth Month

What Arthur can do now:

• he can bear some weight on his legs when held upright and stand holding on to us.
• he can sit without support (for a short while) before tumble forward
• he rolls from one end of the bed to the other end -
• he objects if we take his toys away-
• he is determined to work his way to get a toy that is out of reach
• he can pick up tiny objects with his thumb and fingers and put everything he grasps into his mouth
• he babbles, between ba-ba and ma-ma, we heard him babbling ba-ba first. I wonder why as I have been saying ma ma to him everyday..
• he smiles at anyone(except when he is tired), even at strangers
• he enjoys us tickling him and laughs out loud
• he still needs him dummy & mummy to fall asleep. He always waits for his daddy to come home from work before he has his good night sleep
• he holds his water bottle but not milk bottle
